Shadow’s Thoughts

Our animal allies  have much to teach us.  Shadow spends his time chilled out in the yoga class – completely in his moment.  When the Tibetan bowl resonates through the room at the end of class – he raises an eyebrow, stretches, yawns and mindfully waits for the class to leave.  Then it’s a downward facing dog – lets get ready to move on with the day.

He has complete acceptance of his life, living in the now, no attachment to outcomes, or to what has happened before.  Truely living in the moment – all the teachings of Yoga.

“Be happy for today and create happiness for tomorrow”
