Move, Breathe with Yoga and awaken your body - General Level
This Yoga DVD offers 3 sessions:
- a full 40 min Yoga Class
- 26 min Yin Yoga session
- 10 min Guided Relaxation
This allows you to mix and match your practice according to time available.
General Level Class
This 40 minute session is a simple flow sequence to open you up, stretch you out and includes core stabilisation. Finish witha pranayama technique before savasana.
YIn Yoga Practice
Bring new awareness to your hips with Yin Yoga. 26 minutes of deep hip stretches – improving flexibility, increasing energy levels and bringing a new dimension to your your practice. Breathe, Connect and Transform.
Deep Relaxation
Let Annie guide you to a place of stillness and peace. As your body surrenders – the prana (life force) flows, the mind quietens – your body and soul say ‘Thank You’
